WAYS OF PAYING
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, and
make no additional charge for credit card payments. If you prefer you can give us
your credit card details over the phone on +44 (0) 1224 594600.
You can also pay by cheque or postal order made payable to Saltire Fashions,
simply send your order and cheque or postal order to our address (see
above).
SHIPPING
All United Kingdom and International orders are shipped using Signed-for (recorded) delivery.
United Kingdom deliveries typically take 1 to 3 working days to arrive, please allow up to 3 days for order processing. Orders outside the United Kingdom usually take between 7 and 10 working days to arrive.
We will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and despatched.
If an item is out of stock or requires personalisation then delivery may take up to 28 days.
If the is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an
alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.
Shipping costs will be clearly shown during Checkout before you are asked to pay for your order.
Nearly all orders arrive within a few days of shipping, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. We do not guarantee delivery dates for any orders.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 7 day no-quibble money back guarantee! You can return your item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your order
for a complete refund. All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with
all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged
in any way will invalidate our offer.
You are entitled to return your item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order for an exchange.
This means that you can replace your original order with item(s) from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase.
You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for
returns that go missing in the post.

OUT OF STOCK
Occasionally some items may be out of stock for a short time. If your item is
not in stock, we will process your order as soon as stock becomes available. We
will though e-mail you to advise you and you have the option to cancel the
order if you would rather not wait.

All orders are shipped by 1st class signed-for (recorded) delivery. This means that every order you place
will have a tracking number, allowing us to follow an order from posting to delivery.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. This is called the cooling off period.
During this period you may return the goods to us for a full refund. We have up to 30 days to make this refund
to you. This will be dependant upon the goods being returned to us in a satisfactory condition - if you require
advice on packaging please feel free to contact us. We reserve the right to charge you for the costs of returning
the goods to us via our Freepost address.

to resolve any issues to your reasonable satisfaction.
